Order Processing

Orders are processed within [1–2] business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom.

Shipping Times & Costs

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order. TryWhisker is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Duties

Currently not applicable, as all orders ship to the United Kingdom only.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at soporte.danamilan@outlook.com and we will investigate with the carrier. TryWhisker is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received; in such cases we recommend contacting local carrier offices or neighbors before reaching out to us.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. TryWhisker is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at soporte.danamilan@outlook.com — we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
